How to Play Memory Blaster

Find every matching pair before your move count climbs too high.

Goal

Memory Blaster is a classic memory matching game. All cards begin face down. Reveal two cards at a time and try to find cards with the same image. The game is won when every matching pair has been found.

Grid Sizes

• 4 x 416 cards, 8 pairs
• 6 x 636 cards, 18 pairs
• 8 x 864 cards, 32 pairs

For 4 x 4 and 6 x 6 games, the game randomly chooses the needed number of images from the 32-image set each time a new game starts. For 8 x 8 games, all 32 images are used.

How to Play

1. Choose a grid size on the start screen.
2. Select Start Game.
3. Click or tap one hidden card to reveal its image.
4. Click or tap a second hidden card.
5. If the two images match, both cards stay revealed.
6. If the images do not match, both cards flip back after a short delay.
7. Keep searching until all pairs are found.

Rules

• You can reveal only two cards at a time.
• Already matched cards cannot be selected again.
• Clicking the same revealed card twice does not count as a match.
• The timer starts when the first card is flipped.
• A move is counted after you reveal the second card in a pair attempt.
• The game ends when the number of found pairs equals the total pairs for the selected grid.

Score Display

• Moves shows how many two-card attempts you have made.
• Time shows how long the current game has been active.
• Pairs Found shows your progress toward clearing the board.

Controls

• Use a mouse click or touchscreen tap to flip cards.
• Keyboard players can focus a card and press Enter or Space to flip it.
• Restart starts a fresh game with the same grid size.
• New Game returns to the grid size selection screen.
• After winning, choose Play Again or Change Grid.

Image Files

The deploy version expects images to sit in the same folder as the game HTML file. Use filenames from image01.png through image32.png. If an image is missing, the card shows a fallback label instead of breaking the game.
